-----Room:
The south facing and so very light room on the second floor of a typical vienese turn of the century building contians wooden parquet, double doors and stucco on wals and on the high ceiling. From the apartment windows you look out into a big green courtyard with old trees. So it's very silent.
The apartment has free WIFI, separated bath and toilet and a well equipt kithchen. During your stay i provide you with a bigger breakfast containing with partly organic products and nespresso cafe. You can use my guestbike to cycle around town.

-----Sourrounding gay area:
Many gay bars like savoy, village and others and clubs like hard on, sling and roemersauna you reach within 5 minutes by feet.

-----Neighbourhood:
Outside the housedoor just 50 meters away you finde the vibrant area of “Schlossquadrat” and “Margaretenplatz” with many old fashend restaurants (“beisl”) with high quality food and several bars. Supermarkets and other special shops providing unique design products are nearby. For those who need special food there is a huge organic and also a vegan supermarket within short walking distance. One of the best cinemas of town showing movies in their original language is just opposite. The interior of the 50ties is an eyecatcher itself.
The famouse Naschmarkt and the flea market are round the corner. To walk to the operahouse and the city center it will take you 10 minutes. The nearest Subwaystation is “Kettenbrückengasse”.
